The listing, Sylvania 4gb touch screen mp3 player with expandable memory has ended.

the touch screen lags a little you may have to push it a couple times to get it to respond. Was only used twice. It holds a charge. Plays music and video well. I just got an ipod so I don't need it anymore.

i am not sure but i don't think so. It has a pretty sturdy case. I am not sure how sturdy because I haven't dropped it.

It only has one song on it because i used that song to show that picture but it will be taken off before sent. I usually just either download them from itunes or youtube. then move the files on to the mp3 player
