The listing, PEACH FACETED GLASS BEAD FITS PANDORA ETC has ended.
Pretty light peach bead! no not real pandora but as pretty! & not $25 & up! this is my 1st auction that i'm trying free shipping! so i hope it goes well!
Pretty! Good luck with the free shipping! What I found when I first started with Listia was that I was spending SO much on shipping that it became more practical to offer larger lots. You get higher bids, and don't spend so much on the free shipping. I used to spend nearly $50 a week on free shipping. Now it's closer to $20 or $30, which adds up.
Another thing I do to cut down on shipping costs is end all my auctions on two consecutive nights, then ship everything the day after they all end. That way, if I have bidders who win more than one item, I can combine the shipping. Helps a LOT to keep the costs down.
good thinking! I put combined shipping discounts on a few auctions to test the waters! I saw that you said to end on Sun night but if you list them the end of the week do you still end them on Sun? Is that enough time? (Don't forget I don't have a zillion fans like you do!) Myself included!
I try to give my auctions at least a few days, but I'm not sure it makes that much difference. What I do is list three a day to take advantage of the 20 credits I get for each listing with a photo and free shipping. So, starting Thursday nights I list them for 10 days ending Sundays, but on Monday I will still list some for six days also to end on Sunday night (or Monday night). So, I think if you give them at least five or six days, it doesn't really make that much difference!
You can list from 3 to 10 days, and start at anything between zero and 100 credits. The other thing to do is start with really low credits. I know it's scary but attracts lots more bidders, which is true of any type of auction, online or live!
no problem! the girl thats bidding on mine likes mine cause its not free shipping and she doesn't care if it is!.she knows she has more of a chance to win mine!
Y'know, those are marked 925. I know you don't feel sure they really are sterling, but my beads marked 935 definitely look different than the other ones. I think they probably are sterling.
