Nice booklet printed by the "Joint Committee On Printing, United States Congress" by "authority of...100th Congress." Well made, has all kinds of info about caring for our national flag: how to display with or w/out other flags, how to dispose, Pledge of Allegiance, Star Spangled Banner, laws, etc etc. Printed 1989, 51 Pages, in VG Used Condition.
