do you think we are all fools ? you get 2 bubbles wraps envel. at dollar store for $1 they are 6 x 9 and the needles will fit in an envel might cost you 3 or 4 stamps but would be worth the points to do free shiping cuz you would get more points if you offered free shipping !

no it does not.. u can buy them anywhere (bubble mailers) and in many different sizes i have never paid more than 99 cents for s HUGE bubble mailer and I shipped PUMA size 4 toddler shoes and i did not pay more than 2 dollar and those shoes are far more heavier than those tatto needles.
** PLUS, THAT 86% FEEDBACK RATING SUCKS!**

Flat rate evelope costs 4.90. the dollar store ones suck..they have ripped and ive tapped them. So excuse me for trying to improve the security of the package. Im not here to rip people off....
