it is a very young plant between 21/2" and 5" with several leaves. it has very healthy root development. unlike some seed grown plants, this is very sweet. i will be shipping with the u.s. postal service. if you have any more questions please ask.

where does the sweetner come from? The flowers?

i am sure there is nectar in the flowers, but no. the leaves are the part that is used. they can be used fresh but when you allow them to dry the sweetness is more intense and they can be crumpled up to use the same way as any powdered sweetner.
