This is a very cute top/blouse made by STEPHEN AND CASEY by INBS INC..

this top has a round neck.
There is no tag stating the fabric, where it was manufactured or size. But according to the measurements below it is size S.
The fabric is silky and does not crease.

approx. measurements unstretched:
across the back from armpit to armpit: 16"
length from back of the neck to the bottom: 23"

this very cute blouse is new without tag and is in excellent condition. just gorgeous!
