This is very cute ladies' slip dress made by forever 21. it is made in china.

it is black silky fabric lined with black satin. the empire waist has black sequins. it ties at the neck and at the back.

length (from the armpit to the bottom): about 22 inches

bust: 26 inches (and adjustable with straps)

this dress is new, has never been worn, and is in excellent condition.
