White Sapphire with 6 lil diamond like stones. Silver plated with white gold. Was told it was real, sterling silver with white gold, diamonds and real white Sapphire. After wearing it only a few days it began to peel. There's copper showing through. It is stamped with 10K and what looks to be a T maybe. I don't know if the stones are real or not. They could be. After finding all this out I no longer want it. If you're crafty with jewelry maybe you use the stones for another band or something else.
