There are 40 total pokemon character cards of various types. NO energies or trainers. I honestly don't know much at all about Pokemon, but I've listed what could be useful information about them:

40 total Character cards (including Vigoroth, Throh, Meowth, Doublade, Tranquill, Starmie, Duosion, Sealeo, Klang, etc)
1 Pokémon World Championships 2013 card (Shelmet)
9 "Stage 1" characters
4 "shiny" cards
Most are in good condition, but they have been used. Plenty of life left, no major damage. From a smoke free and pet free home.
