This a Beautiful ring , it is in very GOOD condition , I have owned this one since I was a teenager so it is for sure vintage ! >smiles< , the butterfly has Mother of Pearl & is marked , also with some kind of symbol.
SIZE= 4.5 - 4 1/2

That is Great ! , I love this ring :) it is vintage & the Mother Of Pearl hs never dulled , still looks like it did when I was teenager , i clean all my sterling with toothpaste & it makes it so shiny ! I have some Turquoise & coral vintage I may be putting up for Auction also , that has the native Markings , one of them is a small size too :) the others are 8's , I have held on to them for years too , what happened was , I was cleaning out my safe & found a bracelet box that I had stored with my keepers from Estate sales , alot of size 8's because I wore them on my index finger or middle , completely had forgot about them , found them a couple of days ago , all native , there amazing ! but thought of you Bekki7 when one was a small size in there. ...Sorry to have talked your head off :)
