These are Delicious brand shoes I got at Pink Frog in Chicago, IL. They are so pretty, but I outgrew them. They are a size 8.

is the heel strap adjustable? and how big are the heels?

The heel strap is adjustable. It is a chain and hook so just hook it wherever you need to. and the heels are about 2 1/2" tall.
