The listing, Breyer horse "mini whinnies" has ended.

These are some adorable foals from the classic Breyer horse collections. These sweet little ponies are only about an inch a piece, and there are 6 in total. This has never been opened, and it would make a great gift for a little girl who loves horses as much as I do. I am thrilled to pass this on to a loving home, so there will be no shipping charge. Enjoy!

Yes, they are plastic. However, they aren't a cheap kind of plastic that will just snap under a bit of pressure- Breyer Horses are pretty good quality :)
