Due to my disability and lack of a vehicle it is difficult for me to get to the post office frequently. I generally ship within 2-4 days, but at times it could take a few days longer. I will always inform you of when your item is shipped. I very much appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

I do not have control over the amount of time it takes for your package to arrive at its destination once it is no longer in my hands! I provide tracking for most items over 1500 credits, and for all shipping that is paid for by the buyer.

I really don't know. The only thing I know about this product is what I included in the description. So I know as much as you do. This was given to me as a gift (along with the rest of the set that I have also listed on here) for Mother's Day and I have so much make up it's coming out my ears lol so I really don't need it. I just looked around a bit on the internet to try and answer your question and from the reviews I saw it looks like for most people with red acne scars on the face and what not, this product worked. But again that's just what I read and I personally do not know the validity of any of the reviews I read. Sorry I couldn't be more help. But if you have some time to look around on the internet you may find the information you're looking for.

Is this for .5 oz or 5 oz? The jar looks more like 5 oz, .5 is about half a sample packet :p
