I have been making homemade Peanut Brittle as gifts for over 40 years, using my modified recipe. I started making a couple pounds a year and am now making over 60 pounds as requested gifts. Makes gift giving easier, but each year I get more requests. This auction is for my recipe only. I will send the recipe and all my tips for my requested peanut brittle by mail. My mouth is watering, I may have to make some soon!

I always make a lot - about 50 pounds for all the people who expect it as a Christmas gift. However the recipe dosen't make a tremendous amount, I always double it or triple it and make a few batches for my needs. One regular batch sufices most people needs.

We usually make about 3 batches here and most of it is given away.
