Given that there is currently a $10 any gift card with a GIN of 1100, here is the calculation for how much the GIN *SHOULD* be:
1100/10=115
115 x 15 = 1725.
Gin fee on 1725 = 173.
1725 +173 =1898

$15 Amazon cards run about 1000 but there aren't many iTunes cards available. Sure you may get it for less if you auction it, but it's a long auction...
