The listing, Philips USB PC Gamepad has ended.

Philips USB PC gamepad w/retractable USB cord for easy storage. No drivers disk included, but Windows 7 (and if memory serves, Vista) will autodetect this without issue. It works great, and makes a decent substitute for a 360 controller in a pinch.

Controller layout is very similar to that of 360/PS3 gamepads, with all the normal face buttons as you can see plus 2 shoulder and 2 trigger buttons on top.

*Again, this is for PC. Do not know if it works on PS3/360*

Cool gamepad. Seems to work better than most old Logitech devices as far as drivers go!

Never had a driver issue with this gamepad, used on 4 different PCs ranging from XP to Win 7 x64. It'd been my old standby for the past few months for when my PS3 controller would run out of juice.
