This is a code from the movie Blockers (2018). It says choose your digital movie from a catalog of movies. It's from Universal Studios
Never seen one like this before. I think the catalog has lots of choices.

There are usually only 5 choices but sadly, these "free" movie codes are prohibited since they have the restriction that the winner must sign up for emails from Universal Studios in order to redeem. Upherewards.com I've never done one of these but at the site they list some movies. 55 titles that I see. It's really from universal studios. I would suggest checking out the site. Then bid. I have another one I will do GIN this weekend

These are fine see alot of them posted great auction..5 choices to choose from..no one forces people to bid ..listia wont remove it other wise it would be taken off already

There are only 6 choices. They are Dead in Tombstone, Frank & Lola, About Time, cry Baby, Adjustment Bureau, and Bourne Supremecy

HI! Not sure if you're aware but these are prohibited because of the mandates they require people to join with their email. Mods must have missed this one -- I see them deleted all the time :/
