Comes complete with game disc, manual and even the unused 48 hour xbl gold trial. Only the game case can use a replacement. The game case has a chip (top, middle) that hopefully you can see in the picture. Also, the manual has a tiny tear as you can see in the picture, otherwise very little scratches and 100% playable!

I will ship USPS 1st Class with a DC# by Paypal Shipping. I do carefully package your item(s) using one of my many recycled bubble or manilla envies.
