Instructions for the ruffle cuff are included but can be left off if knitting for a boy. I was a beginner knitter and was able to make this soaker quickly and easily. This soaker will cover a cloth diaper and keep baby dry if knitted with wool yarn. It can be made of any yarn if it being used as a photo prop or just to cover a disposible diaper.

My daughter wears them as shorts and gets so many compliments. I love knitting and wool, especially the shorties because they knit up so quick and easy. I knit them a little longer for her.
