Ruby-esque belly ring, it's missing the screw-on bolt thing, but it's a very sexy little piece, dare I say sophisticated?

No nothing "wrong" with it, but after looking at it a bit more (it was in with some of my Grandmother's jewels-don't want to know, right!!), it looks like this is a nice jewel, possibly a real ruby, that someone has actually added the steel piece to it that slides through your navel. So the steel looks brand new, but there are some specks around the setting that are a bit tarnished, Really kind of neat! & that it's missing the screw on piece.
