The panel on the rear end is decorated with the kawaii rabbit playing a pipe. The waist is elastic and the ankles are gathered with dark red thin horizontal stripes.

These are somewhere in between leggings and tights. The style is like tights but they are thicker, rougher and warmer than tights and they are footless. They are great for layering under clothes for warmth in the winter. I keep a pair in the diaper bag as emergency backup pants. They're just a cute, versatile little addition to a toddler wardrobe.
