And if anyone was to report this I think they'd remove it! Why wouldn't u post a pic of ur name on a piece of paper it really helps us bidders to know its legit and not a fake there's a lot of those lately so what's the harm in it and why treat anyone with disrespect dude! Just by looking at the pictures this indeed is a 3GS because it says model number A1303A on the back which means 3GS. Also by looking at the first few pictures it seems to be on iOS 5.1 or 5.1.1 because of the camera button on the lock screen which is only available on iOS 5.1 and above. Apple never released iOS 5 for the 3G iPhone, only the 3GS. As for shipping this will fit in a small flat rate box with delivery confirmation for around $6

Well I bought a 16GB 3GS that turned out to be a 3G and it had wallpaper too. It was jailbroken so I gather that is how they did the wallpaper. Is the wording "iPhone" and the text below it "chrome" can you list the iOS version and stuff from the "about" page?
