Never Worn Sterling Silver Amber Cross Necklace

I have had this for a while and have never worn it. It is still in the original box. The chain is 18 inches long the cross is about and inch in length not including the clasp to the chain. From the chain to the end of the cross it is 1.5 inches in length. The chain looks like it may need a little polishing. It has sat in this box for over a year.

The box it is in says 18 inches, but I do not know if that is just the chain length or if that includes the cross. So I believe the chain is 18 inch. I have not taken the necklace out of the box, I am afraid I will not get the chain back into the small holder that it is neatly down in. On the back of the cardboard display it says 18" genuine amber.

The back of the cross has 4 stamps on it, but they are so small I cannot read them. I am not sure, but the box says sterling silver, so i would think that all of it is sterling.
