This dress is just darling. It has a really vivid white on black floral pattern. The bodice is smocked all the way around for comfort and cuteness. The straps have ruffles coming off the outside. The pockets have working drawstrings with black accent around them. The hem of the skirt has a flounce. The brand is American Flirt and the size is medium. It is 100% cotton. Made in India.

OK, I just measured it. The top has smocking all the way around. Unstretched the bust is 13" inches across, it comfortably stretches to 17", so I would say about 34ish. This dress fit me great when I was wearing a size 8 or 10. The waist has no smocking and some give (no spandex, 100% cotton). It measures 17" across. It is not designed to be skintight. Innocently sexy.
