These are extremity hard to find . ...

This note has **ERRORS the FRONT BLUE SEAL is SHIFTED to the left and UP...And the Blue Serial numbers on the top right and the bottom left are both shifted to the Right and UP almost touching the word AMERICA....I don't know how to Grade money ... So i am going to say that this BILL is circulated . Has no rips writings stamps stains .has crispness to it ....This would make a great addition to anyone's collection as it is rare... It is pictured in a plastic case around it because i didn’t want to touch it . Been there a long time ...I picked it up somewhere but i do not collect these....
