The listing, cap loader has ended.

This is a black powder cap loader, it is a collector item only and the caps in the photo are blanks, it says on the back made in Waunakee, WI, I believe it is made of brass.

all items are auctioned as is (NO REFUNDS)so make sure you want it before you bid on it, I do the best I can to accurately describe all items. I package them so that the postal employees using them as hockey pucks do not damage them, if you want insurance or tracking for any item it will cost 3.00 US dollars and must be paid thru PayPal, unless you pay for tracking and or insurance there will be no refunds for lost or damaged mail mail.
