If the ring is stamped 92.5, then it is real silver. It's techincally sterling silver, which all silver objects are made out of, because real solid silver, like solid gold, is incredibly soft and useless. So you have a real silver ring :)
It's not smooth like real silver. It's looks kind of like it's been spray painted on the inside of the band. That's the best way I can describe it. I hope you're right but I'm still going to say it's plated, just to be on the safe side. It is soft enough to bend though so who knows! :) Thanks for commenting!
