Stamped 925 not sure what the "green part" is whether stone or type of nice bead?? not sure however, this is an antique that was purchased in my family many years ago on an Indian Reservation, it is also stamped with Mex most likely for made in Mexico... been in a jewelry box for years-- time for someone to wear this beauty! SIZE 8 COULD be unisex :)

looks like malaquite, possibly turquoise... Reservation leads me to think a type of turquoise

i honestly dont know as its a vintage item & i'm not to familiar with resizing sterling jewelry, you would possibly need to ask a jeweler about this
