Antique/vintage possible decanter truck

i think made out some kind of ceramic (i am not sure). measures 3"x5 1/2"x5"

has a cork in top that is not whole. the paint is in excellent condition. there is a chip on passenger headlight that is not noticable, but is to a collector. i also think someone did an outstanding job in possibly repairing the right front tire. as i did not notice it but as i ran my hand over it i felt it. other than that i do not see any damage.

has marking on bottom - i am so sorry i can not read it.
