The listing, Extremely Loved Limited Edition Coach Purse has ended.

I bought this purse probably in 2007-2008. I know it's a limited edition Coach Shearling Tote from one of those summers. Let me tell you, I loved this purse with all my heart lol. It did come with a dust bag but I'll only include it if it's needed because I have another coach purse I'd like to use it for.

Anyway this purse is VERY soft leather therefore, it's hard to clean. I don't have any previous experience with material like this so honestly I have never even tried to clean it. The shearling is rubbed off in a couple places as I have pictured. The C print was pretty clean. NOW FOR THE BIGGIE. The main reason I'm giving up on this purse is because the middle of both the straps have come apart. I sent it to Coach and they sent it back today and said they couldn't repair it. I was honestly considering gluing it but I figured if I got rid of it on Listia I would leave it up to the winner to do.

It has 2 straps, both are detachable, you could honestly attach another type of strap or two straps. Coach said because its a limited edition they don't have those particular straps anymore. There are other Coach purses with detachable straps but I have not tried to get any.

The purse is approx. 9.5 inches wide at the bottom, the top is probably an inch wider and 9.5 inches tall. It's a medium sized bag and can carry a good amount of things including makeup, wallet, keys, phone, checkbook, and I even fit all that and a water bottle in there lol. It's pretty spacious. It needs a good home because I really cant bring myself to throw it away :-(

good luck to you- it's great when sellers are completely honest like you, about the total condition of the item in the auction, so that when the winner gets it, it's not a complete surprise. i'm sure that the winner will be very lucky since this is a limited edition purse. also, there is a service on www.bagborroworsteal.com that can assist with repairs. i've seen the before and after pictures and it's amazing what they can do. on the page, go all the way down to the "handbag cleaning & repair"- located on the bottom of the page. there are different packages depending on the level of repairs.

Hi, before this auction ends, as a first step to cleaning this bag w/out jumping in and going all 'chemical' on it, I'd like to offer a tip for cleaning the sheepkin (leather side)...purchase a 'gum' eraser (it is usually a tannish color, but sometimes called 'white') and gently erase the leather in small areas, dusting/blowing off the bits of gum so as not to smudge any residue back into the leather. It will take awhile to do, but you might be very happily surprised! Just remember, take your time with it, NO rushing. Good luck and enjoy. Thanks, Kate :)

Thanks for the tip! This material is so hard to clean which is why I never cleaned it myself. I have rubbed it with water in the past but that did not work. I hve not cleaned it with anything else and refuse to, I'd rather leave it up to the winner lol

The straps are a dark brown, and thank you, I want to be completely honest because I want all users to know what they are getting. I've won a couple items with things that weren't disclosed and I wasn't very pleased :-/

It's a pretty good size. I loved it but it does have some problems. I think if someone knows how to clean the leather it will be ok but like I said in the description, the handles need to be replaced. I just want everyone to know what their getting into haha. But yes, it's a very very unique and pretty Coach purse. Thanks for looking and commenting!
