no not all of them transform but these are great for little ones almost indestructible! my son has some of these collection and they are easily posed for little ones to do , (he's 4)

bahaha. But i am debating on listing some REALLLY old Transformers that actually transform I guess. My son puts them in a shape and back to another in 5 mins and he is 6. Yet I have no clue on how to pull one piece away to start the transformation lmfao.

That's what draws fans to the toys because it was like a puzzle trying to figure out the fastest way to transform the figure from robot to car and back again I can transform some transformers with one hand
