The listing, 10 Gulden from Suriname. WOW! Metallic security strip and other features. :) has ended.

Up for bid this time around is a ten Gulden bill from Suriname... and it is really such a stunner. All of their currency is! There is a metallic security strip woven through and visible from the back. So much to look at, I can't even describe it all without going overboard. You will just have to bid so you can look at it in person. ;) I believe it to be authentic and uncirculated. If there are any questions, I will do my best to answer. I like to post scans and photos, but my internet is slow lately. I will post scans to a flickr account upon request for this one though. Thanks for looking and good luck to bidders. US only as I pay the shipping costs.

thank you! yes, i absolutely LOVE them... i think they are my favorites. the little details are insane! there is a tiny bit of map, some insects, and those butterflies lead up to that rectangle that holds another butterfly that doesn't photograph! i also love how the serial number is in degrading sizes. just a neat-all-around bill. i have one last one to post.. but i hate to let it go.

the last Suriname bill i will post is the 25 Gulden.. anywhere from this week until a month from now. i kidn of just pick bills at random to post. i think the 25 is my fave of the set. you can probably google the image if you are curious. :)
