you are not allowed to say "I will not do refunds". If the winner receives the item damaged or not as described, they will open a dispute and listia will advise them to return the item with tracking. After seller receives the returned item, the winner WILL get a FULL REFUND whether you like it or not.
Also it is not smart to NOT do tracking, this is the only thing that PROVES you sent it.
