This was passed down - leftover from my grandmother, I would imagine - and is still in perfect shape and works great. It is a plastic pillbox that holds your medicine separately for each day - but each day has 4 separate sections. Great if you're having to keep up with kids' doses for the week, or grandma's doses for the week - it's easier for the sitter to keep up with!

Each day has a vertical row, - the top one says SUN MORN and you lift it up and take the pills in there with your breakfast. Then at lunch, you lift it up over the other section below it that says SUN NOON to take your medication with lunch. Then at supper time, you start at the bottom and lift up, then at bedtime lift it up again to get those medications (see all pictures in order as you read description).

You can open all the flaps and take entire top off for easy cleaning of top and bottom sections. There are seven vertical sections - one for each day of the week - and four sections - one for each time of day you take your medication. It is made of sturdy clearish-white plastic, and measures 8-1/2" x 5-1/2", and each pocket is about 1-1/4" deep.
