I spend my time, photographing, listing and packing for shipment. If you change your mind or decide you can't afford shipping, I will relist and keep your credits.
I am not being mean, rude or greedy. It has become a major issue lately that people bid and win and then say they didn't see there were shipping charges. If you don't see them, then I am sorry....maybe you should have looked closer.
I know most of us follow the rules and I feel like I am punishing those that do, but there is no way to tell the difference between those that follow the rules and those that don't.
