ok you won the pendent on 4/18/12 i went back to the link here are the dates with the messages if you don't want it no problem i did not want to relist it as i was waiting on you to respond it seems to me by your message at one point that you thought i had one one of your auction's i will send the date i have held it for you but as i say if you don't want it no problem here are the dates and what was said
(1)4/18 em telling you that you had won
(2) sorry another message saying you won thought i had not let you know
(3)4/20 mess. with ship amount no reply
(4) 4/23 again ship amount to you
(5)4/23 you sent me your email add. don't know why as you won my auction i did not win yours you said at that time you put through on pp
(6) you messaged asking if i was sending cod
(7)4/30 i messaged i had been sick you replyed again saying put through on pp
(8) 5/4 i mess you the amount again thinking you had just forgot
(9)messaged again to see if you still wanted then you sent the message today if you want to ck this go to your won auctions and click on the link thats what i did i am not dishonest you did win and i have waited since 4/18 on you to send the shipping i am not trying to stiff you so no need to act like i was by listas own rules as you did not respond or send the shipping i could keep your credits and relist the item but i was trying to be nice and hold it for you and as i say n/p if you don't want it ask for your credits back just know when you do you are stiffing me as you did not follow listas rules i did thank you mary martinez

as long as u waited 7 days to relist winner wont be able to get credits back due to listia rules so if dispute is up u can dispute it and say she never sent shipping. listia sided on me for same problem and i got to keep credits
