Questions & Comments
You should really verify yourself if you want bids i think this is a great auction but alas i have as many others have even with those who are new and verified been burned,,, print your name and such on a paper beside item so we know you have it,, also verify yourself with listia in all ways possible please,,, we all work hard for our credits and do not want to take a chance on someone who isn't serious,, also just so you know you won't get credits since your new til 10 days after auction unless winner receives item before that time and lets you know... just a bit of advice.
Great! I can send the watch via priority mail as part of one of our "goody bags" to our daughter & have her get it out same day as an ethical bribe - see? We southerners know how to kill 2 birds w/one rock.
Not sure on the batteries, and don't have a small enough screw driver (and wouldn't want to risk breaking it) trying to open it.) I had a watch w/internal batteries before, it too was guaranteed to 30 meters to be water resistant. I failed to reseat the small gasket in it exact, next time I got in the pool & forgot it on, I ruined it. Would rather not try to open. It's still working, though the night light is dimming...
No worries i hope i didn't sound harsh , was not my intention just lately i have found so many on my end when i bid not respond or keep track or mail winnings even though i have been consistent and very vigilant on mine is all,, i wish you luck and i will be watching and fanned you :)))))
Didn't your profile put you in Canada? If so, I have a kid who married into your country. I moved there after I retired, lasted 2 winters & one spring. Had to get back HOME. Even w/all the hi-tech, we miss her too much. You wouldn't be around Toronto by chance?
ADDITIONAL DETAILS ON THIS WATCH: One other thing to add, as I was trying to answer an earlier question about what kind of batteries a bidder needed to get so she would have them when it arrives, I noticed the back casing still has the original thin manufacturers plastic film on the back, verifying I've never worn or used this watch since I received it. It is new, just will need new batteries to enjoy a brighter "see in the dark" & the display. (however, to change the battery I'm sure the tiny Phillips head screwdriver you get in your standard eye-glass kit should suffice.
No offense but I'm southern bred/and very much alive and married to a blue belly and that's not to be taken the wrong way either Just having a good time with yall!!! Nice Auction!!!!
