Hi I have one of this exact one! I had to disassemble mine twice because my toddler wasnt interested at all. Perhaps you can try to disassemble it for easier packing into a box. The bottom green pieces can be taken apart in pieces. With screw driver you can also remove the horsenfrok the base. That should make it smaller. Hope that helps!

By the way for people interested in this item you might need to know that this horse horse takes battery just for the sounds and music. It is toddler powered and not automated. Bounced up and down and spins 360. Fun to play. My neighbor has one. My son just preferred the old fashion wooden horse. Great item!
