This is the description on the Middleeastern mall website: Amazingly luxurious ultra-silky fabric in a 1 piece amira hijab features a satin ribbon trimmed ruffle running from the hem line up around the face to the back-side of the head. The front panel forehead piece is accented with over 200 rhinestones running in 3 wavy lines.
