Yes, I would offer free shipping if the bid hit 5000. This is my first time doing this so I was not sure how to do the shipping. I would only do this for shipping to the US unless the cost of shipping was low for International shipping. I have been burned on international shipping before when I offered free shipping on eBay.

If the bids aren't that high. I will have shipping at the lowest cost. It may take a bit longer to get there, but it will be cheap. If the bids are higher, then I will ship for free! Sounds good to me.
