well I would say it runs true to size but it stretches so it will fit someone smaller and then it stretches to fit true to size if you know what I mean? I cantt honestly say it would fit someone a size 16 . I think the front may hang a little low. if you would like to see if you could wear it and bid you could always return it. and i would give you back your credits. I would give you 2 weeks after you recieve it to return it. and I promise not to let it affect your feed back I just want to be honest and tell you I can't promise it would or would not fit to your liking :)
