I bought this straightener around Christmas time and only used it once! You can see in the 2nd picture it turns on and the 3rd pic that its clean and new. It just take WAY to long with the amount of hair I have! It does get very hot and works well...so it would be perfect for someone with shorter ...or less thick...hair than what I have! Comes with a travel case too! Any questions just ask! I'll do my best to answer but I work long hours so I'm not on here every day, please understand that!
