I do not know who they are but the local antiquity dealer says 1860 era civil war by the type of picture,scenery and clothing,it can be fully restored it isn't damaged,it's very old and metal and very very rare.i know she told me it holds alot of value to a collector and these are the types of photos you only see copies of..this is 100% original.thanks =)

What is the white cloudy affect we see on the picture? Is that on the picture or from a light or flash?

It's probably reflection from flash of me taking the picture..i will post a clearer on give me a second..
