this is my preferred method and l have used it for about 5 years now the only thing that l do different is l use pint containers and start around christmas l also keep the starts in an old aquarium with a piece of glass as a lid just use equal parts vermiculite and peat moss the potato flakes are used to separate the seeds more these are pretty easy to grow and l send plenty of seeds
