Disney's Pluto wooden puppet by Fisher-Price. As seen in photo he is missing his nose. I believe all else is original. Strings appear to be cotton cord that is frayed but not broken. Strings are attached to metal rings. Pull one ring to stiffen the front half, pull the other to stiffen the back half. Ears are stiff, black and literally nailed to the head, but I have no idea at to the composition. Appears to be plastic, but doesn't look or feel like plastic...maybe just because of age? The blue wooden paddle is 10 and 11/16 inches by 2.5 inches and has a yellow stamp on both sides that says "Fisher Price Toys, (something unintelligible,) Pop-Up-Critter, PAT no. (unreadable), Made in U.S.A.," the bottom also has "Disney Mo??? PA. Pluto," Walt Disney Enterprises."
