This is a black I touch 8gb. The ear gauge works fine the only problem is that it freezes all the damn time. You plug it in on the computer it charges just fine but when you start playing your music it freezes and the screen turns white and you have to turn off and turn back on again and it works but it freezes all over again. I am wasting my time trying to fix it and sell it might as well give it away for some credits Lolz. Good luck and happy bidding guys!

have you tried resetting it through itunes. mine had simillar problems and that fixed it. what gen is this

Why sella broken Ipod and get lower credits when you can take it in to a proffesional person and fix it up for you then post it get higher credits and buy a new one for your self without problems

When you play games it freezes the game as well and when you play music it freezes but it still plays the music however you cannot change the son for the screen is frozen. Somewhere on listia I read that if you microwave the device for a period of time it works and it fixes by microwaving it but idk if that really works Lolz they affirmed that it works but I'm not too sure and I do t want to do that and mess it up
