The listing, Canon PowerShot A560 7.1MP has ended.

Nice little point & shoot camera. 7.1MP, 4x optical zoom.
Other features include AIAF/Face Detection, Red Eye Reduction, and all your other standard point & shoot digital camera features.

Comes with a 1GB micro SD (housed in an adapter).

*Issue with this camera: the shutter needs a little help opening up fully after initially powering on, and occasionally after a few shots. Shutter functionality is kind of iffy at times, please be aware of this. It still takes some nice pictures nonetheless.*

I'm not exactly camera-smart, but I'll answer any questions as best I can.

Ok ladies & gents, I am a little dumb when it comes to cameras. My camera-smart wife informed me that it's the lens cover/protector that needs help opening.. not the shutter. The only issue is with the lens protector not fully opening and sometimes sliding down a bit after being open a while. Sorry for any confusion.

The issue you are having is common with this model ,I had one with same problem, Otherwise they are great little cameras.

Thanks, fanned back! Didn't know that was common with this model, thanks for letting me know :) It's still a nice little camera and has lasted me a good long time. Just don't use it anymore since my wife got her Rebel T2i a couple years back.

As of right now, I need to find a USB cable with the proper mini connection (have a ton, just need to actually find one). Once I'm able to do so, I will post an auction update stating that I'll ship it with the camera.

It takes pretty decent close-ups, will be posting a couple shots I took using the macro settings on the camera here shortly.

New update: Uploaded two photos showing the close-up capability of the camera. I'm a horrible photographer, but it's a decent demonstration I think. Also, tthe card in the new shots is the one that will be shipping with the camera.

Looking back, I sort of wish I'd set a GIN on it. My first bid came very quickly so I didn't have a chance to change it. Don't really have any camera related GIN incentives to go with it anyway since the rest of "my" SD cards actually belong to my wife.
