He is best known for his appearances with the promotions Lucha Libre AAA World Wide, Consejo Mundial de Lucha Libre and the World Wrestling Association, as well as his appearances in the United States with Extreme Championship Wrestling (ECW), Total Nonstop Action Wrestling (TNA), World Championship Wrestling (WCW), and World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE). Championships held by Psicosis include the AAA World Tag Team Championship, WWA World Junior Light Heavyweight Championship, WWA World Welterweight Championship, and WWA World Trios Championship.
