The listing, Monster High has ended.

This is a Monster High skirt. It can be worn as a actual skirt or a play dress up skirt. My daughter actually wore it with something under it and wore it to school and she loved it. It has been worn but has a lot of life left. The thread has came loose at the bottom of part which I tried to show in the third picture. Other than that it is in great condition. the tag says one size fits all. the waist is a big piece of elastic so it is vey stretchy. my daughter wears a size 10 but it could fit bigger or smaller without a problem

I think it would. It's just the bigger the size the elastic stretches that's why I say it will fit bigger sizes too.
