This is new - there's nothing wrong with it. It's just a duplicate for us. The yellow parts of the figure are clear. Personally, I'm not a huge fan of the painting on this series of Squinkies so note that the painting isn't great. This is a great addition to your Marvel/Squinkies collection!

**Whenever I list a Squinkie I encounter people who don't know what they are. They are about an inch tall and made of a squishy rubber material. Not for kids under 3.
